DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Keeping informed and complying with all freeport, local and national accounting and financial
regulations
Compiling, analyzing, and reporting financial data
Creating periodic reports, balance sheets, profit and loss statements and more
Presenting data to CEO and President, Board of Directors, Investors and other entities
Maintaining financial records, performing audit and resolving discrepancies
Computing taxes, BIR compliance
Assisting management in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.
* Unit Head *
Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business or a departmentally related field; A minimum of two years of responsible leadership experiences in management or supervisory positions; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Can work under pressure with minimum supervision; With good organizational and time management skills.
* Assistant Head Chef *
College level; With 2 years’ similar work experience; Good culinary skills with sound working knowledge in all work stations of the kitchen; Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; Proven experience as Head Chef; Outstanding communication and leadership skills; Can work under pressure with minimum supervision; With good organizational and time management skills; Strong attention to detail; Creativity; Able to maintain a big picture view of the happenings in the kitchen; Ability to remain productivity when being pulled in many different directions.
* Assistant Kitchen Supervisor *
At least College level; With 2-3 years’ experience of managing kitchen staff and working with inventory and food ordering; Can work under pressure with minimum supervision; With good organizational and time management skills; Must be physically strong and able to lift, push, pull and move heavy items.
