Supervises the mechanical works of Auxiliary Floating Dry Docks AFDB-5 and AFDL-23 during docking and undocking operations; Checks equipment in operating status and ensure machinery for dock readiness; Supervises and coordinates maintenance and material management with the Manager; Plans, schedule and control works on drydock installed equipment; Supervises the repair, maintenance and operation of various type of equipment such as diesel generator sets, HP air compressor, fire/flushing and calculating pumps, fuel and lube oil purifier, vacuum pumps, capstan, vent blowers and various sizes and types of electrical motor and controllers.

* Pipes and Valves Superintendent *

Maintains high standards of work as directed by the Production Manager in carrying out maintenance, welding and repair work on plant and equipment in all areas of the Subic Drydock Work Zone; Works on pipes/valves repair, installation and maintenance work in a conscientious manner to a high standard of craftsmanship with a minimum of supervision; This work includes maintenance and repair of pumps, pipes, valves compressors and turbines; Carries out Preventive Maintenance activities as required; Ensures proper and efficient use of all equipment and tools in the workshop; Completes an end of shift report and carries out an effective communication and handover exchange with the incoming shift fitter in the work area; Works safely at all times. Observes all quality & housekeeping policies. Keeps own work area clean and hygienic; Prepares performance ratings. Initiates disciplinary or commendatory actions; Recommends promotions, transfer, etc. Acts on grievances submitted through channel concerning employee’s problems; Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

* Preservation and Cleaning Superintendent *

Ensure to monitor the progress given by foreman and must be completed on time as per given manhour and correct; Ensure the foreman is a role to subordinates that comply with safety rules and regulations always; Job / Task given by foreman to subordinates must be properly monitored and ensure the completion is always achieved; Strictly enforce proper housekeeping at all times in place of work; To raise prepare work acceptance report for every jobs already completed prior to billing purposes; Check and monitor the daily activities of sub-contractor and ensure that they achieved the set schedule; Raise manpower request for the job needed as necessary for each vessel; Assist section superintendent in ensuring that the day to day operation of the section are carried-out properly, effectively and efficiently; Ensure the job carried-out in blasting and painting are according to international standard specification; Ensure to properly monitor the mixing of paints to avoid any defects that might cause rejects / re-works; Perform other duties assigned by the Production Manager.

Graduate of Vocational course and/or Engineering related courses; At least 5-10 years supervisory related experience in a shipyard industry; Good communication and personal relation skills; Computer literate.

* Structural Foreman *

High school graduate or any related Vocational courses; At least 5-10 years supervisory related experience; Good communication and personal relation skills; Computer literate.

* Structural Superintendent *

Graduate of vocational course and/or Engineering related courses; At least 5-10 years supervisory related experience in a shipyard industry; Good communication and personal relation skills; Computer literate.

* Structural Supervisor *

Graduate of engineering courses or any related Vocational courses; At least 5-8 years supervisory related experience in a shipyard industry; Good communication and personal relation skills; Computer literate.

* QA / QC Inspector *

College graduate with a degree in Engineering or related vocational courses; At least five (5) years’ experience as QA/QC Inspector in a Ship Repair Industry; Must be able to write and communicate effectively in English; Good communication, leadership and motivation skills; Must be able to work in a stressful environment; Must be able work in an industrial environment onboard vessels, dry docks and shops. Climb ladders, enter tanks, bend crawl and lift in support of ship repair activates; Must be willing to work weekends, holidays and work overtime as needed to get the job done; Computer literate in all MS products to include but not limited to, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS project and others as required.
