KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Receiving of items in Netsuite

 Transferring of raw materials from warehouse bins to production shop floor in Netsuite
 Transferring of finished goods from production shop floor to designated warehouse bins in Netsuite
 Item fulfillment in Netsuite
 Assist warehouse personnel in their documentations and operations requirement
 Assist the department in ISO related documentation
 Performs other related duties as may be assigned
 Ensures that work performed conforms to the quality standard set by GrainPro Phils., Inc. and must be aware of the implication of non-conformance
REQUIREMENTS:

College graduate; With minimum 2 years’ experience in office works; Can work independently under pressure with minimum supervision; Proficient in oral and written English communication.

Male / Female; With pleasing personality; Graduate of any 4 year course; Experience on the same field; Excellent communication, administrative, problem solving, decision making and interpersonal skills; Ability to handle multiple task as assigned by superior; Willing to work on shifting schedules; Knowledge in proper credit, check-cashing and cash-handling policies and procedures; Ability to use suggestive selling techniques to sell rooms and to promote other services of the hotel; Knowledge in proper telephone etiquette; Knowledge in proper mail, package and department heads and co-workers to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions; Working knowledge of computers, internet access and the ability to navigate within a variety software packages such as Excel, Word or related programs.

* Electrician *

Male; Graduate of TESDA or Vocational School in Electrical Installation and Maintenance; With good moral character; Must be willing to work on shifting schedules; Can work extended hours and under pressure; At least 3 to 5 years of experience in industrial and construction jobs; Experience as A/C Technician is an advantage.

* Accounting Staff *

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; Proven 2+ years of working experience as Accounts payable; High degree of accuracy and attention to detail; Possess strong organizational and time management skills; Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills; Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable, receivables, general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures; Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping.

* Pool Attendant / Lifeguard *

Male; With at least 2 years of experience in the same field; Knowledgeable with the use of circulating pump; Knowledgeable with the use and handling of pool chemicals; Must possess first aid training and basic life support; Must possess basic water safety training.

Male; Candidate must possess High school / Vocational Diploma for Air Conditioning and Technical Training; With 1-3 years work experience; Must have a strong knowledge of the methods, practices, test instruments, tools and materials typically applied in repairing and servicing various refrigeration and air conditioning systems, and other similar equipment; strong ability and skill to quickly and correctly diagnose, install, locate, maintains and fix defects in refrigeration and air conditioning systems / units and similar equipment; Must have a strong ability to establish and maintain good relationship with tenants, colleagues and superiors; Must have a good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to multitask while working under minimal supervision; Must be very keen in details.
