* Contracts Admin Manager *

College graduate; At least five (05) years related work experience in Ship Construction Industry; Knowledge of ship systems acquired through shipyard experience; Good personal and communication skills; Computer Literate; Must know how to drive and must possess a valid driver's license.

* Contracts Admin Assistant / Contracts Admin Specialist *

Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Marketing or in any related course or its equivalent; At least three (03) years’ experience as Contracts Administrator; Good communication and personal relation skills; Computer Literate.

* PMS Mechanic *

2 years Vocational related course / College level; At least three (03) years related experience as Mechanic; Good communication and personal relation skills; Work quickly and skillfully; Perform preventive and predictive maintenance on facility machinery; Keeps equipment available for use by inspecting and testing vehicles; completing preventive maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.

* Logistics, Procurement and Inventory Officer *

Degree in either Bachelor of Science in Custom Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or its equivalent; Must have two (2) years of relevant experience handling shipping and logistics, warehouse and inventory, project and administrative management; Preferably with corresponding license and/or accreditation from Bureau of Customs or its equivalent government agency; Experience in using government online systems such as NSW, E-konek, InterCommerce is an advantage; Deep knowledge on Bureau of Customs set of rules and regulations; Highly proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, Visio and PowerPoint; Able to communicate ideas clearly and can write reports and/or correspondence effectively; Strong planning, time management, organization, and communication skills; Highly attentive to details and can work under pressure; Willing to relocate in Subic Bay, Olongapo City.

* Master Control Room (MCR) Engineer *

Bachelors’ Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineer gained from a reputable technical school with good scholastic records; Has extensive working knowledge of Windows Office Application; CCNA certification and/or familiarity with other programming languages are a definite PLUS; Experience in satellite operation or related field (i.e. Cable TV, ISP, VSAT) is an advantage; Preferably with exposure in handling RF Test and Measurement Equipment (e.g. Spectrum Analyzer, Synthesized Sweeper, among others); Can communicate clearly and effectively both in oral and written English; Can carry out assigned duties with minimum supervision; Willing to be assigned in Olongapo city and work on shifting schedule; Has strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated and innovative.
