* Facility and Maintenance Supervisor *

At least High school Diploma or diploma in a skilled trade; Solid knowledge of commercial and/or construction painting techniques; Proven experience in supervisory/construction foreman position is an advantage; Able to read drawings, plans and blueprints; Organizational and leadership skills; Strong grasp of occupational safety and health standards; Good in verbal and written English communication skills; With basic computer skills-knowledge on MS Office; Willing to undergo on a project employment basis.
