Responsible for the dispatching operation in the kitchen and the assurance of quality food served to members and guests; Always double check the quality, portioning, presentation, appropriate food temperature and taste of food to be served; Observes lead and sequencing of food to be served; Responsible for the garnishing of food to be served and checks the presentation before releasing the food to be served; Checks for the over-all cleanliness and safety of food to be served; Double check completeness and presentation of food to be served such as sauces, condiments, garnishes, and others; likewise double checks and effects quality control on all things needed for the operation; Responsible in the over-all cleanliness of the dispatching area; Observes first-in first-out basis in the dispatching process; Monitors out of stock supplies and take note at the bulletin board to inform responsible persons; Attends regular section/department meetings; Observes proper decorum, uniform, and personal grooming at all times; Performs other functions as may be assigned by the immediate superior.
