Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Assemble pipe sections, tubing and fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing and welding equipment.

· Fill pipes or plumbing fixtures with water or air and observe pressure gauges to detect and locate leaks.

· Prepare written work cost estimates and coordinate with Procurement with regard to needed items.

· Study building plans and inspect structures to assess material and equipment needs, to establish the sequence of pipe installations, and to plan installation around obstructions such as electrical wiring.

· Keep records of assignments and produce detailed work reports.

· Repair and maintain plumbing, replacing defective washers and faucets, replacing or mending broken pipes, and opening clogged drains.

· Clear away debris in a renovation. Maintain clean and safe working area.

· Perform related duties as assigned by supervisor.

· Maintain compliance with all company policies and procedures.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of instructions given, prescribed routines, and standard accepted practices; High school diploma; Years of experience and/or related work experiences.

* Crane Operator *

Previous experience as a crane operator or a similar role; Ability to lift heavy loads, work in heights and stand for long hours; Accuracy and attention to detail; Pass medical, drug and background check; Commercial driver’s license is a must; Relevant certification (e.g. NCCCO) is preferred

* Heavy Equipment Driver *

High school diploma or equivalent; Prior experience operating a variety of heavy equipment; Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; Excellent vision or the use of prescribed lenses; Exceptional manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination; A sound understanding of pertinent safety guidelines; Capacity to provide and follow direction; Sharp decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure; Ability to work extended hours, as required.

* Mechanical Engineer *

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Developing technical plans based on research ideas
Designing products based on the requirements of the company
Carrying out surveys on equipment and various mechanical systems
Presenting design plans to Managers and clients
Producing technical documents that the company requires
Conducting product testing
Overseeing quality control programmer and overall maintenance in a facility
Developing CAD project drawings and reviewing drawings from junior team members for accuracy
Completing data logs required onsite
Collaborating with Project Managers and developing accurate accounting of all engineering hours required for various types of internal projects
Work Experience Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or in a related field; 2-5 years of experience working in engineering; Firm grasp of engineering concepts, and experience designing mechanical systems and products; Excellent math skills: ability to apply advanced mathematical principles and statistics to solve problems; Experience using CAD software such as Solid Works, AutoCAD, or similar; Exceptional technical and problem-solving skills and reasoning ability; Ability to communicate effectively and clearly; Must be self-motivated and a great team worker.
