College graduate of any related engineering/agriculture course and with a minimum 5-year working experience. Strong Postharvest technical background. Practical knowledge with CAD software is advantage. Ability to work in the field independently and readiness to travel in Southeast Asia and the Pacific. Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite, and friendly manner, both written and verbal. Must have valid driver’s license and passport.

Responsible in handling and monitoring of field/trial/demonstration/beta testing installations, training, and troubleshooting of products, and equipment. Responsible in ensuring proper installation and training of end-users on operating the principles of GrainPro products, monitoring, maintenance, repair, and other services required by customers Provide pre-sales technical assistance, act as a consultant and solve customer’s problems. Responsible in conducting field research and improving field installation practices. Provide support to marketing relatives activities by attending trade shows, conferences, and other agricultural events. Provide assistance in the development of training modules, training presentations, trial protocols, and other training materials. Provide assistance to engineering department in revisions of product manuals, user-guides, installation videos, and electronic library. Communicate with engineering department for any necessary modifications to support customers. Gathers feedback from trainees and customers/distributors’ field experience. Work as a sales representative if applicable Monthly report to Technical Manager on after-sales activities in his/her region.
