Male / Female; Graduate of Psychology Behavioral Science / Human Resource or any 4 years related course; Updated on Labor Law; With at least 3 years or more experience in HR and Admin functions; Must have an experience in all areas of HR / Admin: Compensations and Benefits, Labor Relations, Recruitment, Organizational Development; With good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written; Can work under pressure and attentive to detail; Team player / Fast learner / People oriented; Knowledgeable on Microsoft Office skills.
