*Machining Expert Manager *

Candidate must possess at least a Professional License Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical); At least 5-10 years of working experience in the related field; Acceptable spoken and/in written communication. Must know how to speak in English and Japanese; Must have technical knowledge on diagrams, sketches, operation manuals, manufacturer’s instruction and engineering specification, etc.; Organized, self-motivated and result-oriented; Having up-to-date knowledge and technical skills; Soft skills including positive attitude, flexibility and conflict resolution; Have the ability to solve problems creatively on time; Knowledge of the machining qualities, properties, tools, and equipment of machinist trade; Must have knowledge of the machining qualities, properties the uses of various metals such as aluminum, brass and setting up machine tools; Ability to apply shop mathematics to practical problems such as computing dimension, laying out work, and setting up machine tools; Determined work priorities and delegate work to others and to train subordinates; Must have skills in the operation on the machine tools and the use of precision measuring devices.

*Customer Service Representative *

Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative; Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening; Excellent communication and presentation skills; Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively; High school diploma or equivalent / College Degree.

*Utility Personnel *

Candidate must possess Associate’s Degree or Completion of Vocational course; Preferably with extensive experience in all facets of facilities management; Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication; At least 2 years of working experience in the same field.

*Trainer *

Excellent presentation skills (oral and written), as well as ability to motivate, teach and inspire staff; Experience in sales or customer service positions is a plus; Familiarity with interactive learning activities; Additional certification in training is a plus; Strong analytical and decision making skills; Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize.
