Proven maintenance experience related Degree from a Technical College Skilled in the use of hand and power tools; Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove and replace defective parts; Ability to check blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs as necessary; Ability to use common tools such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches; Experience with precision measuring instruments or electronic testing devices; Experience performing routine maintenance; Strong organizational and follow up skills; Eye for detail; Professional presentation and attitude; Ability to maintain focus while working individually; Strong time management skills.

* QC Staff *

Male / Female; Physical agility, technical ability, good coordination; Knowledgeable on usage of Hole Test. Micrometer, Caliper, Bore Gauge, Depth Gauge, Pick test, Surf test and other QC measuring tools is an advantage.

* Blaster Painter *

Male; Minimum of 3 years’ experience; At least High school graduate / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in any field; With knowledge on actual application of painting and blasting of steel structures, pipes and spools; Familiar with the tools and equipment and its application; Obtained proper dimensions and finish specific cations from blue prints, sketches and verbal instruction; Basic knowledge of safety requirements at site; Must be physically and mentally fit to work, honest and hardworking.

* Helper Painter *

Male; Enough to know using brushes, spray guns and paint rollers; Prepare surface for painting by media blasting, water blasting, sanding, grinding; Can work under pressure with minimum supervision; Must be physically and mentally fit to work, honest and hardworking.

* Heavy Mechanic (under Chassis Equipment) *

Male; Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Heavy Equipment required; At least high school graduate / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate in any field; Test mechanical products and equipment after repair or assembly to ensure proper performance and compliance with manufacturer’s specifications; Repair and replace damaged or worn parts; Examine parts for damage or excessive wear, suing micrometers and gauges; diagnose faults or malfunctions to determine required repairs, suing engine diagnose equipment such as computerized test equipment and calibration devices; Dismantle and reassemble heavy equipment using hoist and hand tools; Clean, Lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on equipment and vehicles; Must be physically and mentally fit to work, honest and hardworking.

* Full-time Junior High School Teacher *
