* Diesel Mechanic / Hydraulic (Full-time) *
* Helper Mechanic (Part-time) *
Graduate of Mechanical Engineering or at least a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate or equivalent; With experience on heavy equipment; With work experience required; Must have experience to repair Dozer, Loader, Grader, Roller, JCB, and Backhoe; Must have experience to repair Engine, Gear, Transmission, Differential, Hydraulic and etc.
* Varnisher ( Full-time)*
* Helper Varnisher ( Part-time)*
Perform preparation, paint and varnish techniques to boats and boat parts both interior and exterior; Applies coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamel or lacquer, as appropriate, to decorate and protect interior and exterior surfaces, trimming and fixtures of boats.
* Welder (Full-time) *
Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principle involved in production of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models; Knowledge of welding/grinding procedures; Knowledge to start with blueprints and build tank from start to finish; Ability to keep hand and arm steady while moving or holding arm and hand in one position; Ability to meet budgeted hours requirements; Ability to read cut sheets, blueprints, and tape measure.
* Marine Engine Mechanic (Full-time) *
* Diesel Engine Mechanic ( Part-time) *
Marine Mechanics are Responsible for installing, diagnosing and repairing inboard and outboard engines on boats, usually acquire knowledge through an associate’s degree in marine and small engine repair; Mechanics typically work for boat dealerships, repair shops or boat rental companies .
* Skilled Yacht Carpenter (Full-time) *
* Helper Yacht Carpenter (Part-time) *
Marine Carpenter must be able to fabricate, assemble; Install cabinets, furniture, modules, and trim in a variety of boat types; Must have extensive experience with a variety of power and hand tools; Carpenter will be able to read drawings and construct a variety of pieces from plans; With work experience as a Cabinet Maker, Joiner, Woodworker, or Shop Fitter; Ability to measure, lay out, and assemble components inside of complexly shaped interiors is critical; Professional Carpenters are preferred, but recreational woodworkers or boat builders will be considered; Should have good communication skills; Must work effectively in a team, and be prepared to communicate directly with customers as needed.
* Upholsterer (Yacht) (Full-time) *
* Helper Upholsterer) (Part-time) *
Works with a team of co-workers to upholster furniture (such as sofas, love seats, sleepers and ottomans) in a fast-paced work environment while attaining required quality standards and while complying with all safety rules and [practices; Able to use common upholstery tools such as air powered staple guns, mauls, hammers, scissors, regulators, tack pullers, etc.; Requires the ability to stand, walk, stoop, bend for 8 hours or more daily; Requires constant use of arms, hands, fingers and eyes to upholstered furniture; Could require lifting up to 75 lbs. carrying 40 lbs. or pushing and sliding up to 200 lbs.; Requires ability to work while wearing required personal protective equipment such as safety glasses; The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervision; Assist with any other task as directed by supervision.

Graduate of Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resources or any 4 years related course; Updated on Labor law; With at least 3 – 5 Years or more experience in HR and Admin functions; Must have an experience in all areas of HR / Admin: Compensations & Benefits: Labor Relations: Recruitment, Organizational Development; With good interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written; Maintain employee files and keep human resource information confidential; Can work under pressure and attentive to detail; Team player, fast learner, and people oriented; Microsoft Office Skills.
* Internal Security *
Male; At least High School graduate / Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate; Must be physically & mentally fit to work; Has at least pre-licensing training course; Adjustable to flexible working time schedule; Responsible, matured, keen to details, good moral communication skills trustworthy and can work under minimal supervision; With extensive training as a security guard is an advantage; Enthusiastic and physically fit; Willing to be transferred / assigned in different branches of the company.
* Payroll Staff (Accounting) *
Bachelor of Science in Accounting Graduate; Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk or similar role; Hands-on experience with accounting software; Strong mathematical skills with an ability to spot numerical errors; Time-management skills; Collect time sheets every cut-off period, checked and finalized reports submitted by the timekeeping section regarding attendance of employee; Prepare and calculates employees’ compensation using payroll software; Updating internal payroll databases and ensuring timely payments; Calculate incentives and allowances if required; Report on payroll expenses; Ensure wages and tax withholding comply with regulations.
