• Preferably a graduate of Accounting-related course;
• Must have knowledge and background in financial analysis;
• Must be knowledgeable ofRA 9184 or the Government Procurement Reform Act;
• Must be well versed in using the Budget Module of IFMS, Microsoft Excel, Word and Powerpoint;
• Must be well versed with Government Budget process, its workflow and related policies and procedures; and
• Must be well versed in Government Accounting and Auditing rules and regulations.
