Preferably Female; Single / Married; With pleasing personality; Graduate of 4 years course; With knowledge in office management systems and procedures which include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing; Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders and address complaints; Answer telephones, direct calls and take messages; compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities; Process and prepare documents; Knowledge in timekeeping is an advantage; Experience is an advantage.

Preferably Male; Single / Married; Experience is an advantage; Handle and manage the inventory of stocks (dining and kitchen stocks) in a timely and organized manner; check merchandise and supply deliveries for accuracy, verifying that quantities received match bills of lading, purchase orders, and other documents; Organize the stock room or warehouse, and ensure that accurate labeling, logical placement, neat arrangement, and cleanliness are maintained; strong organization, multi-tasking, versatility, communication, and attention to detail skills will be required.
