* Executive Chef *

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree on Food and Beverage Services Management, Hospitality / Operations Management, Quality Assurance or equivalent; At least 2 years managerial/Supervisory experience, handling a team / unit; Knowledge in Spanish and Japanese Cuisine; Extensive working experience as a line cook or member of kitchen brigade; Well-versed in MS Excel, MS Word and Internet Applications; Menu development and food costing experience is a must; Must have strong leadership and high interpersonal and communication skills; Service-and results-oriented; Outgoing and people-oriented, a motivator and self-starter, a team builder, displays initiative, shows commitment to professional values, a guest-oriented, creative, and has a sense of humor; full-time position available.

* Purchaser *

Proven experience as a Purchasing Agent or relevant role; Demonstrate experience in negotiating prices and terms and conditions; Knowledge of market research, data analysis and purchasing best practices; Working knowledge of MS Office and purchasing software (e.g. SpendMap); Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; A strong analytical mindset; Outstanding organizational skills; With 2 years of experience as Purchaser; Graduate of any Accounting, Business Administration or relevant field will be considered a plus.

* Purchasing Agent *
