An Associate or Bachelor’s Degree; Punctual and reliable excellent communication skills (written, verbal and interpersonal); Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks; Ability to set priorities, respond to changes, and demonstrate flexibility in dealing with daily demands; Can supervise and control the growth of the plants grown using hydrophonic techniques; Willing and able to do hard physical labor when required (ability to lift 50+ lbs.).
