* Dinning Personnel *
Female; At least 5’2†in height; With pleasing personality; At least 2nd year college level of BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management/ Hospitality Management or Tourism Management, or graduate of Associate in HRM; Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guest, other employees and superiors; Must be able to read and/or follow written and verbal instructions; With pleasant attitude towards work.
* Cook *
Proven experience as Cook especially steak dishes; Experience in using cutting tools, cookware and bakeware; Knowledge of various cooking procedures and methods (grilling, baking, boiling etc.); Ability to follow all sanitation procedures; Ability to work in a team; Very good communication skills; Excellent physical conditions and stamina; High school diploma or equivalent; Diploma from a culinary school will be advantage.
* Head chef *
Proven experience as Head chef (specialty in American and Filipino cuisine); Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management; Ability in dividing responsibilities and monitoring progress; Outstanding communication and leadership skills; Up-to-date with culinary trends and optimized kitchen processes; good understanding of useful computer programs (MS Office, restaurant management software, POS); Credentials in health and safety training; Degree in Culinary Science or related certificate.
