Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral science of equivalent; Preferably with prior experience in Human Resources, particularly in dealing with statutory deductions (SSS, Philhealth, PAG-IBIG fund); Good time management and problem solving skills; Computer literate; Must be comfortable in using Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint with no supervision required; Diplomatic and possesses good interpersonal skills.
