Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Business Studies / Administration / Human Resource Management or equivalent; At least 5 years of working experience in the same field is required for this position particularly in administration of Management’s direction, company policies and key functions of Human Resources; Must have working knowledge in compliance with legal, contractual or statutory procedures on personnel management; Knowledgeable and with experience in revision and development of manuals, Company policies and procedures; Excellent oral and written communication skills; Can work under pressure
* Internal Security *
Male; At least high school graduate; Must possess a valid driver’s license; With minimum 2 years of experience as Security Personnel; Must be honest, aggressive and willing to work for long hours; Trustworthy, result oriented and with high sense of responsibility.
