Graduate of BS in Engineering, preferably Computer Engineering, BS Computer Science / IT, or any 4 or 5 year technical courses; 5 years or more related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in an aviation, engineering, and/or IT industry; Excellent written and oral communication skills; Able to write correspondence of a technical nature; Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization; Excellent computer skills such as Word processing, Graphics Editing, Flowcharting, etc.; Proficient in software applications necessary in the development and authoring of technical publications; Knowledgeable in IT, computer hardware and software; Preferably knowledgeable in civil aviation regulations (such as FAA, and Cayman CAACI), and in aviation technical publications and data.
