Graduate of BS ECE / BSIT / BSCS / BSCOE or any IT related course; Minimum of 1 year experience in the same field; Knowledgeable in computer hardware and software troubleshooting; Knowledgeable in level 1 network support; Has an average in communication skill; Has an experience in remote desktop support (RDP); Has a customer oriented personality.
