* Building Maintenance Engineer *

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering; Must have experience in on-site troubleshooting, specifically in areas of plumbing and electrical needs; Must have experience in management and maintenance checks in building; Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines; Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings; Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances (e.g. air conditioning); Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems.

* Building Maintenance Staff *

Proven experience as an electrician, plumber, carpenter; Experience in industrial and/or commercial electrical systems, hands-on experience in working with carpentry materials; Demonstrable ability to use electrical and hand tools (e.g. wire strippers, voltmeter, powered saws, hammers, rules etc.), plumbing tools and equipment (pipe wrenches, pipe cutters, plungers etc.); Thorough knowledge of safety procedures and legal regulations and guidelines; Solid understanding of water distribution and disposal systems in residential, commercial and industrial buildings; Working knowledge of heating and ventilation systems as well as appliances (e.g. air conditioning); Good understanding of carpentry techniques and methods of installation and construction.
