* Helper *

Male; High school graduate; With experience as Helper to Skilled Painter / Foreman / Maintenance; Able to follow instructions properly; With positive working attitude.

* Carpenter *

Male; High school graduate or Vocational courses / Short course certificate; With background or knowledge in cabinet making, mason, and plumbing; Can start immediately.

* Painter*

Male; High school graduate or any vocational course; With at least two(2) years working experience as Painter; Training /Certification to manage lead paint is a plus; Working knowledge and abilities on removal of old paint and proper disposal, remodeling/repair of drywall and sub-surfaces, selecting, mixing and various finishes to the required color or finish and application of various finishes using brushes, rollers, sprayers; Ability to estimate jobs; Must be efficient, well-organized and can work under pressure.

* Accounting Assistant *

Female; Graduate of BS in Accountancy or equivalent; With 1 – 2 years relative general accounting experience is required; Familiarity with bookkeeping, bank reconciliation, accounting procedures and statutory reporting compliance; Well-versed in the use of MS Office and other windows based programs; Accuracy, aptitude for numbers and attention to detail; Well organized and trustworthy.

* Electrical Engineer *

Graduate of Electrical Engineer, preferably with license; With 3 – 5 years professional experience in electrical servicing and design; Can read and interpret electrical drawing for new building construction; Familiarity with construction methods and the building codes; Effective communication skills including verbal, written and presentation skills; Proven ability to work effectively both independently and in a team based environment; Demonstrated willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities; Willing to be assigned in Mariveles, Bataan.

* Service Crew *

Male / Female; At least 5’2” in for Female and 5’4” in height Male; With pleasing personality; College level / College graduate of any course or High school graduate; With good communication skills and customer service oriented; Willing to work on shifting schedule.
