Male; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s College Degree, Food and Beverage Services Management or equivalent; At least 2 years experience in Cooking for large groups, Menu planning, budgeting and food costing; With good oral communication skills; With good moral character; Must be industrious, customer-oriented and physically fit; Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
