Must possess a Culinary course certificate or equivalent Bachelor’s Degree; with at least 1 – 2 years experience as Jr. chef; Has strong background on food safety, inventory, stock forecasting and people management; Ability to work under pressure; Flexible and willing to work on shifting schedules and extended hours.
