Male; Graduate of BS Industrial Technology major in Machine Shop or any Technical related course / 4 year course; Must have at least three(3) years experience as a leader of production in a manufacturing firm; In some instances relevant experience is required in addition to formal qualification; Good leadership and coaching skills; Good communication skills, both oral and written; Can work and think fast accurately.
