* Kitchen Personnel *
Male; At least 2nd year college level or graduate of Associate in Hotel & Restaurant Management; With at least 6 months experience in a fast food, hotel or catering industry; Must be able to read and/or follow written and verbal instructions.
* Dinning Personnel *
Female; At least 5’2†in height; At least 2nd year college level of BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management/ Hospitality Management or Tourism Management, or graduate of Associate in HRM; Must be able to speak clearly and listen attentively to guest, other employees and superiors; Must be able to read and/or follow written and verbal instructions.
