* Sales Consultant *

Male / Female; At least College level; Must be able to work and willingness to work flexible hours including holidays to meet the needs of the store; Have knowledge of basic hardware related products along with a willingness to learn; Willing to do field works; Excellent in verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations; Be a fast learner, cheerful, with a positive attitude; Previous experience in a retail environment; Knowledge of retail computer systems, a plus; A commitment to service excellent and customer satisfaction; A strong team player yet still able to work independently with minimal supervision; Excellent communication skills, exceptional organizational ability, high attention to detail, and ability to multi-task; Bilingual is a plus.

* Technician *

Vocational graduate or at least College level; Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and others systems; Working knowledge of tools, common appliances and devices; Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills; Good physical condition and strength with a willingness to work overtime; Effective organizational and interpersonal skills; Strong attention to detail and follow-through skills; Must have the ability to work independently.
