Must be at least 2 years in College with a minimum of 1 year working experience in a related field; BPO or dealing with Australian companies is highly regarded; Experience in Telesales and Appointment setting is highly regarded; Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply; Willing to work Australian Time (starting at 7am); Must be fluent in writer, and spoken English; Preferably strong Australian English oral skills; Must be presentable and have good interpersonal skills; Fantastic positive outgoing attitude; Results driven, persistent and good time management; Motivation for Sales, can handle rejection and maintains professionalism; High level of tenacity and motivation; Professional, engaging and have a friendly phone manner; Can handle incoming and outgoing calls (as required); Highly computer literate (MS Applications, Social Media, etc.); Can work in minimum supervision.
