Female; Must be College graduate; Must be knowledgeable of telephone consoles and related equipment; Must be knowledgeable of customer service standards and procedures; Able to speak, read, and/or write English; Must be knowledgeable of international and or conference call telephone dialing procedures and protocols; Able to verify data input and correct errors; Able to interact and communicate with people over the telephone often in stressful situations; with basic data entry and/or word processing skills; Must be knowledgeable of policies and procedures for the imparting of directory information over the telephone; With clerical and basic office skills.
