AP Specialist
At least 3-5 years Accounts Payable experience; Ability to work with multiple systems, preferably with ERP experience. Persuasive communication skills necessary to collect essential information, answer questions, and direct callers to appropriate personnel in a professional and courteous manner. Expertise in planning, organizing, attention to detail, and problem-solving. Basic mathematics skills, and the ability to analyze figures, knowledgeable in MS Office applications. Can work with minimal supervision. Afternoon shift schedule (4pm to 12 midnight). Willing to be assigned in Clark, Pampanga.
Call Center Agent
Fluent in English language; Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication. Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, understand concerns and overcome objections. Must possess professional and friendly attitude and be able to quickly develop a rapport with business customers over the phone. Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required Call center experience a plus. Willing to work on the U.S. schedule.
