* Shift Electrical Engineer *
Graduate of BS Electrical Engineering with PRC License; With at least 2 year related work experience; Knowledgeable and experience with telecommunication, fire alarm, transmission lines, substations, CCTV, PLC and AutoCAD (an advantage).Must be willing to work on site; Skilled in implementing appropriate facilities maintenance programs and measures that adhere to standards and applicable laws and regulations; Result oriented and with leadership skill.
* Civil Engineer *
Graduate of BS Civil Engineering; Licensed Civil Engineer; At least 3 – 5 years working experience; Independent and can do multi-task and can work under pressure.
* Architect *
Masters and/or Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited school of architecture or interior design Revit proficiency preferred, strong communication and graphics skills, using Rivet, Octane, 3D Studio Max, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and/or Sketch Up, Animation and LEED accreditation a plus.
