* Housekeeping Supervisor *

Male / Female; 25 to 40 years old; With 1 - 2 housekeeping supervisory experience in an upscale hotel or resort; Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment; Very strong management, communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills; Superior customer service, teambuilding and conflict resolution skills; Strong planning, coaching, organizing, staffing, controlling and evaluating skills; Ability to work positively and cooperatively in a diverse team environment to meet overall established timeframes for the entire housekeeping operation; Ability to communicate tactfully with department heads and co-workers to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions; Working knowledge of computers, internet access and the ability to navigate within a variety software packages such as Excel, Word or related programs.

* Sales & Marketing Officer *

Male / Female; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related fields preferred; At least 3 years work related experience; Must know how to drive to support assigned account; Must have existing Corporate Client; Must possess strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, time management, organizational, planning and presentation; Candidates must be available to work additional hours and/or days as needed; With good moral character.
