18 to 30 years old; Vocational training or at least 2 years college education; With prior meat cutting experience is a must; Possess cutlery skills (cutting and slicing) and can safely operate saw, grinder and slicer; Ability to work in walk-in coolers/freezers for extended periods; With good hand-eye coordination; Attentive to details; Good organizational and planning skills; Good decision making ability; Knowledge of MS Office; With adequate communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work long hours and can handle pressures; With pleasing, competent and pro-active personality.
