Male; 30 – 45 years old; Medium built; Candidate must possess an experience in Hotel and Restaurant Operation; Preferably with Culinary School Diploma; Proven cooking experience; Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures; Acuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks; Familiar with industry’s best practices; With pleasing personality; Able to accommodate large number of guest and functions; Experience in the same position is an advantage; Good communication skills in English both oral and written; Willing to work in shifting schedule; Preferably with training in Good Housekeeping; Hygiene oriented; Computer literate.
