* Human Resources Assistant *
Preferably Female; between 22 - 26 years old; Must obtain at least a Bachelor’s Degree/College degree in Human Resource Development Management, Psychology or Administration; With high or above average scholastic records; At least 1 year of relevant experience in the same field; Computer literate; With excellent oral and written skills in English and Filipino; Must have clerical skills and can work under pressure.
* Junior Auditor / Audit Supervisor *
Male / Female; Not more than 28 years old; Candidate must be a graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy; Preferably CPA Board Passer or have taken the CPA Board Exam; With at least 2 year of work and supervisory experience in the related field is required for this position (income audit and internal policies audit); Must have solid background in conducting audits of functions, preparing audit reports and directing audit activities; Must have an experience in the operations of the treasury and operational systems; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills.
* Training & development Officer *
Male / Female; 22 – 40 years old; Must be graduate of BS Business Administration in Psychology, Human Resource; At least 1 year experience in the same field; Have interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels, motivate others and change people’s attitudes when necessary; Written and spoken communication skills that allow you to inform and advise others clearly; Problem-solving and negotiation skills; Initiative and the ability to offer new ideas; Organizational and planning skills to manage your time and to meet deadlines and objectives; Can effectively manage training schedules; Personal commitment to improving your own Knowledge and skills.
* Recruitment Officer *
Male / Female; Between 22 – 40 years old; Must obtain at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business Administration major in Human Resource Management / Psychology; With high above scholastic records; At least 1 year of relevant experience in the same field; With excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Filipino; Computer literate; Must have clerical skills and can work under pressure; Good intuition and decision –making skills; Tactful and discrete when dealing with people.
