* Sales & Management Assistant *
Male / Female; Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably with major in English; Excellent English communication skills; Familiar with MS Office; Data entry and reporting skills; Working knowledge and skills in office procedures, clerical work, telephone etiquette and writing correspondence preferred; Must be detail-oriented, precise, organized and a proactive problem solver; Must have time management skills and the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment; Prior work experience is a plus but not required.
* Copyeditors / Editorial Assistant *
Male / Female; Graduate of any 4 year course, preferably AB English or BS Nursing; Excellent grasp of the English language, MS Office; Medical / nursing background a plus; Must be intelligent and loves to read; Also levelheaded, patient, scrupulous in handling detail and analytical minded; Must be detail-oriented, precise, organized and a proactive problem solver; Must have the ability to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment; Prior work experience is a plus but not required; Willing to be assigned to any work shift (the company operates 24/7); Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
* Care Management Associates (Nursing) *
Male / Female; Candidate mus possess a Bachelor’s / College Degree in Nursing and must have passed the Nursing Board; Must have excellent communication skills, both oral and written, communicating with American members by telephone will be a big part of the job; Must be intelligent, levelheaded, and extremely patient; Must be attentive to detail, goal-oriented, team-player, and flexible; Outsourcing, customer service, call center, or telemarketing operations experience preferred, but not required; Clinical experience preferred but not required; Must possess the ability to deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrate professionalism while maintaining composure in stressful situations; Willing to work night shifts.
