Must possess a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management or any business course or equivalent; At least two(2) years working experience in the related field is required for this position; Knowledge in payroll preparation and remittances to government agencies; With at least a basic knowledge in existing Philippine labor laws and procedures; Computer literate especially in MS Office Applications; Good in oral and communication skills; Can work under pressure and minimum supervision; Knowledge in ISO9001 is desirable.
