Candidate must be a holder of a bachelor’s degree relevant to business, preferably Business or Sales and Marketing Management, or equivalent; With 3 to 5 years of proven Sales and Marketing experience in a BPO and/or service industry; Has strong presentation, customer relations, and verbal & written communication skills; Must possess an excellent and effective tele-sales, negotiating and closing skills; Must be goal-oriented and has the ability to meet set sales targets; Can work in a fast-paced environment under less supervision.
