Graduate of any College Degree or College level; Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English language; Knowledgeable with computer applications; Has a very good listening skills; Amenable to work on shifting schedules (graveyard and mid-shift); With background in a call center industry is an advantage (technical support, purchase order etc.); Can work in a fast-paced environment, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Microsoft Office proficient and can type at least 25wpm.
