* Housekeeping Supervisor *

Male / Female; 25 to 40 years old; With 1 - 2 years housekeeping supervisory experience in an upscale hotel or resort; Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment; Very strong management, communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills; Superior customer service, teambuilding and conflict resolution skills; Strong planning, coaching, organizing, staffing, controlling and evaluating skills; Ability to work positively and cooperatively in a diverse team environment to meet overall established timeframes for the entire housekeeping operation; Ability to communicate tactfully with department heads and co-workers to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions; Working knowledge of computers, internet access and the ability to navigate within a variety software packages such as Excel, Word or related programs.

* Internal Auditor *

BS Accountancy or Finance graduate; Proven 2 or more years of work experience as Internal Auditor; Advanced computer skills on MS Office, accounting software and databases; Ability to manipulate large amounts of data and to compile detailed reports; Proven knowledge of auditing standards and procedures, laws, rules and regulations; Meticulous attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

* Inventory Clerk cum Purchaser *

Male; Vocational or College graduate of any course; With at least one(1) year relevant experience, preferably in F&B Department; Working knowledge of computers, internet access, and the ability to navigate within a variety software packages such as Excel, Word or related programs; Detail-oriented and strong clerical skills; Prepare reports relating to the inventory balance, shortages, defective items and price lists.

* Accounts Payable Specialist *

BS Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration; Proven 2+ years of working experience as Accounts payable; High degree of accuracy and attention to detail; Possess strong organizational and time management skills; Strong problem solving skills, basic accounting principles knowledge, documentation skills, research and resolution skills, data analysis and multi-tasking skills; Thorough knowledge of applicable accounts payable / general ledger systems and procedures, financial chart of accounts and corporate procedures; Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principle.
