* Driver / Bellman *

Male; Not more than 35 years old; With valid driver’s license; Excellent driving record; Ability to drive all vehicle types; Ability to provide legible communication and directions especially in Manila area; Consistent professional attitude and behavior with effective listening and communication skills; Must be able to multitask, talk and listen simultaneously while guests are present in the lobby; Ability to work well under pressure and perform during emergency situations; Ability to regularly lift luggage and objects up to 50 lbs.

* Internal Security *

Male; Must be 25 – 35 years old; 5’5” in height; With background in military and security training; Knowledge in investigation procedures; Preferably with at least 3 years experience in the same field; With excellent communication skills in English.

* Maintenance Staff (General) *

Male; Not more than 30 years old; With at least one(1) year experience in Hotel maintenance or other related establishment; Maintain and repair buildings and amenities of the hotel; Provide primary support for all facilities and grounds area of the Hotel; Perform general maintenance tasks as outlined by the immediate head of the department in the framework of available time; Assist with special set-up for events and functions; Ability to operate and maintain equipment associated with Hotel buildings and grounds; Ability to follow directions and be flexible to changes in the daily routine; Must be able to multi-task and able to work under pressure.

* Ground Maintenance *

Male; Not more than 30 years old; With at least one(1) year experience in Hotel ground maintenance or other related establishment; Interested in gardening and willing to work outside in all weathers; Able to use tools, including power tools and physically fit for digging, lifting, carrying, etc.; Able to work flexibility, according to seasons and weather; Ability to follow directions and be flexible to changes in the daily routine; Must be able to multitask, and able to work under pressure.

* Life Guard / Pool Attendant *

Male; Not more than 30 years old; With at least one(1) year related experience; Outgoing and people oriented; Motivated and self-starter; Displays initiative and commitment to professional values; Knowledge in first aid is an advantage; Ability to follow directions and be flexible to changes in the daily routine; Must be able to multitask, and able to work under pressure.
