* Production Leader *

Candidate must be a graduate of any 4-year courses; With at least 2 to 3 years of experience working as Production Leader in a manufacturing company; Must be knowledgeable in computer applications; Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be capable of handling work pressures.

* Production Supervisor *

Male/Female; Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or its equivalent; With at least 2 to 3 years of solid supervisory experience in the related field, preferably in a manufacturing environment; Must have manpower handling and management skills; Must be knowledgeable in report making; Has good communication skills; Must be proficient in computer applications; Must be capable of handling work pressures.

* Production Manager *

Male/Female; Must possess a bachelor’s degree in Industrial/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or its equivalent; With at least 2 to 3 years of managerial experience in a manufacturing/ service/ industrial or electronics industry; With customer service experience is an advantage; Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be proficient in computer applications; Must be hardworking and goal-oriented; Willing to work long hours and on shifting schedule; Can work under pressure.

* Engineers *

(ASSIGNMENT: Parts Manufacturing Division)

Male/Female; Must be a graduate of BS in Industrial/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or its equivalent; With experience in a manufacturing/ service/ industrial or electronic industry is an advantage; With customer service experience is also an advantage; Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be proficient in computer programs/applications; Must be hardworking and goal-oriented; Willing to work long hours and on shifting schedule; Must be capable of handling work pressures.

(ASSIGNMENT: Production Engineering Division)

Male/Female; Must be a graduate of BS in Industrial/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or its equivalent; Must be knowledgeable in PLC programming and its pre-requisites; Must be able to interpret technical drawings and systematic diagrams in electronics, electrical and electro-pneumatic works; Must be proficient in designing using AutoCAD and other computer applications; With experience in a manufacturing/ service/ industrial or electronic industry is an advantage; Must be hardworking and goal-oriented; Willing to work long hours and on shifting schedule; Must be capable to handling work pressures.

* HR Staff (Employee Relations) *

Female; Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Political Science or any related course; Preferably 1 - 2 years experience in HRD specializing in Employee Relations is required for this position; Experience in a Manufacturing company is an advantage; Must be knowledgeable with principles and procedures concerning labor relations and negotiation; Must be good in resolving internal issues, grievances and labor disputes; Must have excellent organizational skills and can practice high level of confidentiality; Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written); Must be willing to work in Subic Bay Freeport Zone.
* On - Call Nurse *

Male / Female; Candidate must be a graduate of BS Nursing; At least 1 – 2 years work related experience; With BOSH Training; Must be computer literate; With excellent communication skills both in oral and written; Can work under pressure.

* M.I.S Staff *

Male; Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s or college degree in Computer Science/ Information Technology or its equivalent; At least 6 months to 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position; Must have a strong background in software requirements and business analysis, ERP system for manufacturing environment and payroll system; Must be proficient in database, programming skills (web, visual basic, java scripting, PHP); With knowledge in ISO documentation is an advantage; Has excellent communication and interrelationship skills.

* Quality Control Supervisor *

Female; Must be a graduate of BS in Industrial/ Electronics/ Computer Engineering or its equivalent; With at least 2 to 3 years of quality assurance and customer service experience; With background in SPC; Must be knowledgeable in computer programs/applications; Has excellent verbal and written communication skills; Must be capable of handling work pressures.
