* Housekeeping Supervisor *

Male / Female; 25 to 40 years old; With 1 - 2 housekeeping supervisory experience in an upscale hotel or resort; Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, requirements and use of equipment; Very strong management, communication, problem solving, decision making, and interpersonal skills; Superior customer service, teambuilding and conflict resolution skills; Strong planning, coaching, organizing, staffing, controlling and evaluating skills; Ability to work positively and cooperatively in a diverse team environment to meet overall established timeframes for the entire housekeeping operation; Ability to communicate tactfully with department heads and co-workers to resolve problems and negotiate resolutions; Working knowledge of computers, internet access and the ability to navigate within a variety software packages such as Excel, Word or related programs.

* Company Driver / Messenger *

Candidate must possess at least High school graduate, Vocational graduate, Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field; At least 5 years of driving experience is required for this position; Must possess professional driver’s license; Must possess basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills; Must be organized, flexible (in terms of work schedule) and shows initiative.

* Cook (Chinese Cuisine) *

Male / Female; 24 – 35 years old; With good moral character; At least two(2) years work experience in related field; Must be willing to work on shifting schedules; Knowledge in preparing Chinese cuisine; Well verse in planning menus, establishing size of food portion; Exceptional understanding of preparing food for cooking; Highly experience performing food quality inspection to ensure quality standards.
