* Maintenance Staff (General) *
Male; Not more than 30 years old; With at least one(1) year experience in Hotel maintenance or other related establishment; Maintain and repair buildings and amenities of the hotel; Provide primary support for all facilities and grounds area of the Hotel; Perform general maintenance tasks as outlined by the immediate head of the department in the framework of available time; Assist with special set-up for events and functions; Ability to operate and maintain equipment associated with Hotel buildings and grounds; Ability to follow directions and be flexible to changes in the daily routine; Must be able to multi-task and able to work under pressure.
* Ground Maintenance *
Male; Not more than 30 years old; With at least one(1) year experience in Hotel ground maintenance or other related establishment; Interested in gardening and willing to work outside in all weathers; Able to use tools, including power tools and physically fit for digging, lifting, carrying, etc.; Able to work flexibility, according to seasons and weather.
