* Customer Service Support Specialist *
Graduate of any College Degree or College level; Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English language; Knowledgeable with computer applications; Has a very good listening skills; Amenable to work on shifting schedules (graveyard and mid-shift); With background in a call center industry is an advantage (technical support, purchase order etc.); Can work in a fast-paced environment, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Microsoft Office proficient and can type at least 25wpm; 3 full time positions available.
* Accountant *
Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; CPA and CPS’s are welcome to apply; With background in Mortgage / Exposure in Lending Institutions or credit experience is an advantage; With banking and Finance experience; Experience from a BIG 4 Accounting firms or international accounting firms will be highly regarded; Strong oral and written communication skills; Supervisory experience in the accounting financial reporting / tax / IFRS areas is a plus; Can work in a fast paced environment, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines; Microsoft Office proficient.
* Associate HR / Admin Support Specialist *
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Psychology or equivalent; With headhunting, interview skill, psychological exams administration, job posting skills; with experience in volume recruitment; Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English language; Knowledgeable with computer applications, Microsoft Office proficient; Has a very good listening skills; With background in a call center industry is an advantage With at least 1 – 2 years experience in Human Resource Management; Can work in a fast-paced environment, ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines; With driver’s license is an advantage.
* Paraplanner *
Male / Female; 30 years old and above; Graduate of 4 – 5 year course, preferably in Accountancy, Financial Planning, Business, Finance and Economics etc.; Diploma of Financial Planning, RG 146 Certified or equivalent qualifications; At least 3 – 5 years experience in paraplanning, client services role with practical skills in preparing advice documents; Excellent written and verbal skills with affable client interaction; Highly evolved organizational skills suitable for managing work flow and supervising staff; Operational experience in XPLAN, Coin and Midwinter; Superior knowledge in Microsoft, Excel and Powerpoint; Excellent in Client Management, able to meet deadlines, perform multiple tasks efficiently and can work under pressure; Show confidence yet in a humble manner when dealing with clients, firm financial advisors and wealth managers; Strong financial and analytical skills, diligent attention to details and strong time management skills; Candidates must be willing to relocate to Olongapo City; Full time position available.
* Legal Process Specialist *
Male / Female; Preferably Legal Management graduate or a graduate of BA course; Experience in BPO or Law firm environment is an advantage; Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written; Proficient in the use of computer systems and programs; Attentive to detail; Remains calm in stressful situations; Conscientious of deadlines and result-driven; Can work collaboratively in a team; Must be willing to work in Subic Bay Freeport Zone; Full time position available.
