Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering, Human Resource Management or any Business related course; At least 1 year experience in HRD specializing in Training and Development and ISO standard documentation; Computer literate; Knowledgeable in creating training modules and training plans; Must have excellent communication skills (both oral and written); Must be willing to work in Subic Bay Freeport Zone; Full-time position available.
