Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s /College Degree, Human Resource Management, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Psychology or equivalent; With headhunting, interview skill, psychological exams administration, job posting skills; with experience in volume recruitment; Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English language; Knowledgeable with computer applications, Microsoft Office proficient; Has a very good listening skills; With background in a call center industry is an advantage With at least 1 – 2 years experience in Human Resource Management; Can work in a fast-paced environment, ability to work under pressure, multi-task and meet deadlines.
