At least college level; With at least 3 years of experience as Cook; With work experience in equally competitive hotel and restaurant is an advantage; Must be knowledgeable with international cuisines, and of food hygiene and sanitation; With above average written and verbal communication skills; Willing to work on extended hours; Must be patient and energetic.
