* Chinese Coordinator *

Graduate of any Bachelor’s course; With experience in the related field; Can speak fluent in Mandarin Language; Ability to read and write Mandarin Characters is an advantage.

* Driver *

Male; Not more than 35 years old; At least High school graduate; Preferably with work experience in the same field; No police or criminal record; Knowledgeable in minor car troubleshooting; Must be familiar with the roads in Metro Manila (NAIA, Makati); Trustworthy, reliable and has a positive working attitude.

* Architect *

Not more than 30 years old; Licensed is an advantage; With at least 2 years experience in the field of Architecture; Must be expert in CAD drafting and other technical software; Versant on MS Office Applications, i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, etc.; Versant on English speaking and correspondence writing; Must have experience in basic architectural and engineering design; Must be an expert in cost estimates; Preferably with experience in Commercial / Industrial Park Management; Able to drive motor vehicle with valid driver’s license; Residing in Olongapo City or willing to relocate in Olongapo City.
